Dr. Ong did an excellent job on my two very recent visits to Smile Concepts! I hadn't been to a dentist in quite awhile due to COVID-19 so after a panoramic X-ray and a thorough dental cleaning I scheduled two procedures, which were handled very skillfully. Dr. Ong is an empathetic & caring professional as are his staff! It's a great dental practice for my wife and two children to visit next!

Employees are very friendly and accomodating. They confirm and remind you of your appointments. Facility is high-end and state of the art equipment. Dentists are especially caring and kind and have light and soft hands. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I took my daughter to have a dental filling procedure, which she was very scared at first but Dr Ong knew exactly how to deal with her fear, being personal and friendly. When we left she shared to me how she and her brothers like him as a dentist. I myself think that this is the best prophylaxis in town, doc is thorough, meticulous but gentle, I also love that I can make an appointment and not wait in a long line the whole afternoon. Smile Concept clinic and staff are professionals, place is always clean and everyone is very pleasant.

Highly recommend this place. Well lit and ventilated, Docs and staff are very friendly and explains everything. No loud TV or radio music playing (yknow how some places do??). Extra precaution is observed especially during pandemic, hair nets, glasses, iodine gargle, and even extractor is provided.

As an Americano living in the Philippines, I feel nothing but blessed to have him and his very capable staff attending to our family dental needs. I have been seeing Dr. Ong for several years now, and I have experienced the best dental care of my life in his very talented and skilled hands. I have had several fillings attended to, several deep scaling treatments, some preventative work, and each and every time, the process has been painless! In fact, over my 55 years of seeing dentists in America and while serving in the U.S. Navy, he is THE BEST dentist that I have ever had. Speaking directly to his skill, talent, and technique, he has even drilled and filled several teeth and done the deep scaling without ever having to numb any part of my mouth. He can do that because he is that good of a doctor. Further, when he has had to give me a shot to prevent any painful experiences, I did not even feel the needle - which is a first when it comes to my lifelong dental experiences with dentists. More important to me, Dr. Ong is someone who my wife and I TRUST completely with his care and recommendations. He is 100% honest, very ethical when it comes to running his business, and his fees for his services are beyond fair and affordable. I do not believe you will find a better dentist anywhere in the area of Bataan (where we live) or Zambales (where his office is situated). And for those with very sensitive teeth, like me, all I can tell you is that if you talk candidly with the doctor about your dental concerns and problems, he will do his very best to resolve them. He genuinely cares about his patients and their sensitivity issues. On several occasions now, he has remediated my sensitivity with painless and quick procedures that have given me immediate and long-lasting reprieve from issues relating to painful sensitivity. And if you take the time to speak with him candidly about your dental health concerns, he will explain to you in a no-nonsense way how you can partner with him to keep ahead of the game, which includes regular visits that cost practically next to nothing, while helping to keep you and your mouth out of trouble. Going through life without regular dental checkups is just not smart. Seeing Dr. Ong on a regular basis is one of the smartest things you can do for your health.
